This policy sets out how we handle your personal information if you’re an Hosters House user or visitor to our Site. It applies across Hosters House websites, Store, and Online purchase(Billing Section)
- When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Hosters House’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own the site and run the websites.
- If we say ‘policy’ we’re talking about this privacy policy. If we say ‘user terms’ we’re talking about the rules for using each of the Users hosted sites. The rules varying by product and each product makes them separately available and seeks consent to them separately to this policy.
- Customers who signed up to us, will be contacted for any issues or notification or any updates. If you have opted for marketing emails while you signed up, you will receive our marketing emails for any offers, promotions and discounts for hosting packages or domain registration or any other services.
The type of personal information we collect
- We collect certain personal information about visitors and users of our Sites.
- The most common types of information we collect include things like: user-names, member names, email addresses, IP addresses, other contact details, survey and web analytics data. We will also collect personal information from job applications (such as, your CV, the application form itself, cover letter and interview notes). We will use this for our own marketing purpose as when it needed. We won’t share your details with any other companies other than Hosters House Group.
How we collect personal information
- We collect personal information directly when you provide it to us, by entering into the purchase order or contact form.
- We collect your personal information when you provide it to us when you complete user registration and buy any items(Hosting packages or Domain Registration or Web Site Developing or SEO Services) or services on our Sites, subscribe to a newsletter, email list, submit feedback, enter a contest, fill out a survey, or send us a communication.
Refund Policy
- We provide a 30 days refund, in case if the user does not happy with our product, service or our support.
- “product issue”, “service issue” or “support issue” means, the hosting package you purchased from us and having any unsolvable issue or the service that we provide to you with any unsolvable problems or the support which we provide if u can’t able to solve your complaint or any issue.
- The 30 days refund will be available any time within the 30 days from they product purchase when it qualifies the above points and approval based on the management team’s decision in case if its actual issue or actual refund.
- The refund can be made to your same payment method, if you paid by credit or debit card then you will get refund in your same card, if paid by PayPal then you will get a refund in the same PayPal account and if you paid by cash or bank transfer then you will get a refund by the same method.
- In case if you have hosting account and domain registered with us and if you requested to refund, then you can get the full 100% amount of the hosting package but domain registration price can’t refundable since we paid the domain registration fee to the ICANN (the global domain name registry).
- If you have a Hosting Package with Free Domain and if you need to get the refund, we will give the whole amount of the hosting package minus Domain Registration fee. Since we have already paid to ICANN for the Domain Which you are registering, we can’t get it back from the ICANN.
